How to Book

To make a booking please email us at info@highlandmotorhomerental.co.uk to check availability. Or you can call on + 44 (0)1381 620045, or +44 (0) 7739351006

Once we have confirmed your requirements and availability we will provisionally hold the booking for seven days pending receipt of a deposit of £250.00.  Once we receive your deposit we will confirm your booking.  The final balance will be due 8 weeks before your hire and will cover the remaining vehicle hire costs, plus any additional extras requested. 

We also require your security deposit of £750 two weeks before hire unless you are paying this by cash, which we will be reimbursed on the return of the vehicle in line with the terms & conditions.  Please note if paying by cheque your cheque is cashed and we refund you by cheque, if paying by card we take the payment and make the refund to your card when you return. 

You can make payments by cheque or online using worldpay by entering the amount you wish to pay and  clicking on the button labelled Make Payment Using Worldpay below.  Due to the charges incurred with this method of payment please add 3% to your invoice if paying by credit card.  There is no charge if using a debit card.
